Nine Surbiton High School Students Secure Oxford and Cambridge Offers
We are delighted to announce that nine of our Year 13 students have received offers from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge this year.
Surbiton High School is celebrating an exceptional year of university success, with nine Year 13 students receiving offers from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
These latest offers bring Surbiton High School’s total to 35 Oxbridge offers over the past three years, with more than 95% of students successfully meeting the conditions of their offers. This sustained upward trend is particularly noteworthy and remains rare within the independent school sector.
The School prides itself not only on academic excellence, but on developing confident, well-rounded young people who are prepared for life beyond the classroom. Surbiton High School’s balanced, future-focused approach equips students exceptionally well for competitive university admissions and for the wider challenges of higher education and beyond.
Central to this success is the School’s comprehensive Careers Programme, which supports students to explore a broad range of post-18 pathways and make informed, individual choices about their futures. A wide-ranging curriculum and rich co-curricular provision enable students to identify and develop their strengths, reflected in the diverse range of courses applied for at Oxford and Cambridge, as well as offers from other leading UK and international universities, degree apprenticeships and US institutions.
