With fewer locations than other multi-activity camps but offering high-quality provision, Active Camps operates during school holidays in some of the UK’s best prep schools. Parents can drop off as early as 8am and collect at 6pm for no additional cost. Under the company umbrella are also Active Clubs (before- and after-school care in Oxfordshire) and Active Adventure, outdoors-education holiday camps in Bristol, Oxford and the Cotswolds. Year-round English-language courses for eight- to 17-year-olds, based in independent schools near Oxford and Cambridge, are available from Oxford Spires Language School, an offshoot of Active Camps.
