Opened in 2014 by Dr Tony Fernandes (of AirAsia fame) and Malaysian entrepreneur Mark Lankester of the Ormond hotel group, both alumni of Epsom College UK, this co-ed school aims to combine a British education with a global mindset. It’s worth noting that Epsom College in Malaysia is not a stepping stone to its UK sibling. It is seen as a school for Asian parents who want a solid British curriculum for their children without having to go all the way to the UK.
