Opened in 2014 by Dr Tony Fernandes (of AirAsia fame) and Malaysian entrepreneur Mark Lankester of the Ormond hotel group, both alumni of Epsom College UK, this co-ed school aims to combine a British education with a global mindset. Epsom College in Malaysia is seen as a school for the Asian contingent who want a solid British curriculum without having to go all the way to the UK. Head of prep school is Alice Stokes, who was previously in charge at Notting Hill Prep and has also taught at international schools in Germany and The Netherlands.
