Established in 1956, Singapore American School (SAS) was among the first international schools in Singapore – and today, it’s still one of the best. This non-profit, co-ed day school offers a US curriculum, has a fantastic (and very large) campus and, despite its size, manages to ensure that pupils feel a real sense of belonging. It is spread across 36 acres in the northern Woodlands area; each of the school divisions (elementary, middle and high) has its own separate part of the campus with a dedicated entrance, facilities, play zones and libraries, so it feels less overwhel
