Our View

Part of the lower school, the holistic Early Childhood programme at ZIS (for ages three to six) is centred round play. Sessions – whether in the classroom, forest school or garden – are taught in English and designed to fire up young imaginations. From August 2021, there will be a new additional bilingual pathway for children aged four to six. The plan is for the programme, which follows the Swiss Lehrplan 21, to be rolled out as the year group moves up the school, eventually reaching Year 12. Good SEN provision and strong pastoral care.
